IN MEMORIAM: Lois Masten

In a week of sad news comes word of the passing of another WFSE/AFSCME giant. Lois Masten, former WFSE stafter and wife of one-time Executive Director George Masten, passed away peacefully this morning (Nov. 15). The family is comforting George.

Lois was devoted to the members and her family in the many jobs she did at WFSE. In addition, she was a major force in George's vibrant but unsuccessful 1988 run for state House in the 20th District.
