This is the second WFSE member who’s been murdered by an intimate partner in less than a month, following the death of a member at the University of Washington a few weeks back.

On this National Library Workers Day, AFSCME library workers deserve to be recognized for the value they bring to our diverse communities and the vital services they provide anyone who asks for help.

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh is getting a big promotion.

The WFSE executive committee released the statement below regarding the shootings in Atlanta and the increase in anti-Asian racism across our country. WFSE leadership stands in solidarity with our Asian and Pacific Islander union siblings and their communities who are angry and grieving as a result of these despicable actions.
